*I reserve the right to turn down any commission for any reasonMy art style is somewhere between semi-realism and cartoony, and can vary between commissions. If you know you'd prefer your commission be done in a specific style let me know.Certain aspects of my style change based on the commission or character. I draw larger, more anthropomorphic style paws as well as hands/paws that are a bit more humanoid, and depending on the mood or tone of your desired art I may opt for colors much less saturated than I usually use. Please feel free to specify what you're looking for and ask for changes regarding these things, even if it is "my art style". I try my best to be accommodating and flexible.I'm very comfortable with human, humanoid, and anthropomorphic characters. However, I also don't shy away from drawing mecha characters or other creatures that may not fit into the previously mentioned categories.I do not have a specific list of "Do's and Don'ts", however I am very likely to turn down your commission order if it includes hateful, bigoted, or intolerant content or messaging.My turn around time (TAT) can vary significantly depending on my current workload, the nature of the art itself, and other unforeseen variables. I will usually finish your commission within a week of payment, but if I know there's a delay i'll let you know as soon as I can.
If you need your commission done before a certain deadline please let me know ahead of time.I watermark all of my work. When publicly posting finished commissions I'll usually include an additional watermark. You will receive a version of the commission without this larger, obnoxious watermark, but there will still be one present somewhere in the piece.

Payment

(there are, of course, special circumstances where I may be more lenient and offer a partial or full refund. But please note that what you're paying for is a service, and I'd like to be compensated for my time).You have up until the initial payment to cancel your commission free of charge.My payment options include Paypal or Ko-fi.
You may also commission me through Vgen.I will take payment after the sketch (If I do multiple iterations of the sketch I will ask for payment after the final iteration), however other arrangements can be discussed.I will only charge for changes if you ask for an excessive amount of them, or if you ask for a large change in the middle or later stages of the commission that would significantly increase the completion time.

Client's rights

I heavily encourage my clients to use their commissioned art for non-commercial purposes and with credit!I, as the artist, do not consent to my art being...
-Fed to any sort of artificial intelligence (AI)
-Used for any commercial purposes (unless agreed upon previously)
-Edited to remove my watermark
-Used or shared without proper creditIf you are crediting me on a social media, and I'm on that social media, I would prefer that you credit or @ my account for that website (This only applies to websites or socials of mine that are linked on my Carrd). This is not a strict rule, just a request from me as the artist!When crediting me, assuming the above clause doesn't apply, my Twitter or Vgen is preferred.When I post the commissioned art I will most likely include your username (your username from whatever site you've commissioned me from, usually).
If you do not want me to mention you as the commissioner, you may ask to be left anonymous.If you'd like for me to avoid posting the finished art until a specified date, that may be requested.If you'd like for me to avoid posting any WIPs (Work in Progress) posts or content during the creation of the art or afterwards, you'll be asked to pay a fee worth 25% of the price/value of the commissioned work.
(This also prevents the WIPs from being shared on my patreon or worked on during livestreams.)If you'd like your commission to never be shared publicly in any capacity, you may buy further rights to the artwork by paying an additional fee worth up to 50% of the price/value of the commissioned work.

Artist's rights

I, as the artist, own the full rights to my artwork even if it's commissioned by someone else.I may use your commissioned art in portfolios, social media posts including images or videos, as content during a live stream, as promotional material for my commissions or socials, or as paywalled content for my Patreon.I may alter your commission when sharing it in the previously mentioned formats.Some examples of what those alterations may look like include...
-Reverting the art back to a sketch or flat color to be used as a commission example
-Cropping the art to fit on a banner or other layout
-Removing the background
-Adding variants (more likely with NSFW pieces)I HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE MY OWN ART FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
I, as the artist, have the right to sell my own art as paywalled content. The client receives the art immediately upon completion, however I may wait to post the finished product publicly for up to a month. I ask that, during this time, you don't share the commission publicly (only applicable for certain commissions).
If a client doesn't want their purchased commission(s) to be used commercially, they may choose to pay a fee worth 35% of the total commission price/value for more extensive rights to the artwork (meaning I would not be able to sell it as paywalled content).

NSFW art

I do not offer NSFW commissions to individuals under the age of 18.You will be asked to verify, in writing, that you are above the age of 18.If you choose to lie about being over the age of 18, please know that you are directly going against my wishes and disrespecting me as the commissioned artist. Additionally, if I somehow find out that you are underage I will cancel your commission immediately. No refund guaranteed.
